If you haven’t received a confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours of your request, please contact our customer service team to ensure your cancellation has been processed correctly.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 30% of the booking cost (essentially your deposit) will be charged.
